Privacy Policy

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and has no account to sign in to, so there is very little to describe — but what there is, is below in full.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no first-party cookie, no analytics script, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no contact form that stores anything. Nothing you do while reading these pages is recorded by us.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs — the address of the request, the page asked for and the time — as every web server does. We do not analyse them and we do not connect them to anything.

When a third party is involved

When you click a booking link. Booking links go to Viator or to GetYourGuide, and both set their own cookies on their own sites, including a code that tells them the booking came from here. That happens on their domain, under their privacy policy, and only once you click.

When you load the map. The map on this site does not load until you press the button. Until you do, nothing has been requested from Google and nothing has been set. This is deliberate: an embedded map contacts Google the moment a page opens, before anybody has agreed to anything.

Nothing else. There are no embedded fonts, no video players, no social widgets and no comment system. Every image and every stylesheet is served from this domain.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and erase personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to access, correct or erase. If you have booked a tour, the operator and the booking platform hold that data and their own policies apply.
