We publish the guide; the tour operators run the evenings and hold your booking. That split decides who you should write to, and it saves a day either way.
About a booking you have already made
Contact the operator through the booking confirmation they sent you. They hold your reservation, your payment and your meeting-point details, and they are the only people who can change a date, move a departure time or process a refund. We cannot see your booking and cannot alter it.
About something on this guide
Write to hello@parisnighttours.com. If an opening time has changed, a price looks wrong or a meeting point has moved, that is genuinely useful and it gets fixed. Corrections are the most valuable mail we get.
Who writes this
Hours, prices and access are checked against each venue's own published information and each tour's own listing, and the date of the last check appears at the top of every page. Where a figure could not be confirmed from an official source, the page says so rather than printing it.

The hours that matter
The illuminations come on within ten minutes of dark and the Eiffel Tower sparkles for five minutes on the hour until midnight or 1am. Sunset runs from about 16:55 in December to about 21:55 in June — the month-by-month table has the figure for your dates.
No telephone number is published here, because there is no booking line to answer it. Everything is handled by the operators through the confirmations they send you.
